ODRL designs and delivers group workshops and one-to-one coaching for public and private sector clients. In designing our learning programmes we take the following points into account:
Success Measures and Evaluation
Prior to commencing the design of the programme, in consultation with the internal team we develop a set of aims and objectives. Evaluation is an intrinsic part of our service offering; we discuss and agree proactively with our clients the key success measures and ways of evaluating the extent to which the learning programmes achieved the desired outcomes.
Learning Tools and Techniques
The design of programmes is underpinned by activities, exercises and tools and techniques to enable participants to take on board key concepts. We enable participants to heighten self-awareness by using valid and reliable diagnostic tools. Furthermore, we can provide pre-course reading materials for participants to start the learning process prior to attending the workshop.
We believe that attending workshops is only the start of the process; we encourage participants to continue with the learning by providing web-based forums for interactions, reference materials for self-learning and one-to-one coaching conducted virtually.
Embedding Equality Issues
One of our core values is ‘Respect for Diversity’ which is central to the work that we do with people in organisations. We have designed and delivered a range of workshops for many organisations in the areas of diversity and cross-cultural diversity as outlined below:
