Behavioural Assessments for Senior Managers
ODRL has crafted leadership competency frameworks that form the basis of designing leadership development centres. We have significant experience of designing simulation exercises, behavioural event interviews, 360° questionnaires and psychometric assessments. The process is followed up by providing one-to-one feedback to the participants with a view to developing personal development plans.

Competency-Based Assessments
This project is carried out twice a year and is designed for individuals seeking career progression opportunities in an international context. The process involves a three-day assessment of competencies via various simulation exercises, providing detailed feedback, a report summing up their performance in the competencies and their readiness for career progression.
