Organisational Strengths Profile(OSP)
The OSP© is a comprehensive tool to develop the cultural profile of a given organisation. The most recent application of this has been in one of the police forces; it forms the basis upon which the change programme will be designed.
Resilience Profiler (RP)
ODRL has developed the RP© based on an extensive study carried out over 4 years; its main purpose is to assess the change readiness at the individual level. Individuals receive a detailed profile of their strengths and areas to develop in the specific context of change management.
Team Climate Questionnaire
ODRL has used a range of team climate questionnaires that are designed specifically for organisations. Most recently, we have applied it in two international development organisations.

ODRL in partnership with a Business School can help you in developing a team innovation profile accompanied by feedback and support to develop leaders and team members in enhancing their capacity to innovate.
Qualitative Techniques
We also use a range of qualitative techniques such as in-depth focus groups, repertory grids and interviews to gather data for articulating the values of an organisation, developing competency frameworks and identifying the culture of an organisation. Recent examples include international development, local government and the police.
