Organisation Strengths Profile (OSP)We have recently developed an organisation culture analysis tool using strengths-based approaches to change. This has been applied to a range of police forces in the UK and international development organisations.
Values QuestionnaireThe questionnaire is a way of engaging the whole organisation in identifying core values and behaviours recognised as central to delivering high performance.
Change Readiness QuestionnaireAs part of a longitudinal study we have developed a bespoke questionnaire to assess the extent to which propensity to live with continuous change develops over time.
